For a big corn cake:
3 whole eggs
2 1/2 cups of milk
1 1/2 cup of sugar
2 1/2 cups of 'polenta' (or corn flour, but polenta is better)
1 1/2 cup of plain wheat flour
1/3 cup of oil
Mix everything and bake for 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
Optional: 1 spoon of ground cinnamon and 2 spoons of coconut.
